Refund Policy

1. All manufacturer warranties are honoured by Plant Doctors Hydro Aqua Ltd once the claim falls within the warranty's time period.
2. Any item that is delivered broken will be replaced by Plant Doctors Hydro Aqua Ltd and delivered to the delivery address specified.
3. Any item purchased that is found to be non-functional upon receipt will be replaced by Plant Doctors Hydro Aqua Ltd.
4. No cash refund will be given, unless a product replacement cannot be given.
